Telkom is a *****!!!!

My account was in arrears because it did not debit on the agreed date in the previous months. It debited on the 20th as per the contract. My services were not restored by the 23rd of this month so I went to a Telkom store at Boardwalk mall in Port Elizabeth and was told it would be activated in 2 working days.

When it was not activated on the 25th of this month I called customer care and was told that the payment is reflecting and that my services would be restored that afternoon.

Today I'm being told it will take up to 14 working days for my services to be restored. I'm on the verge of reversing the debit order and finding another service provider
