Telkom is a ****

I have requested a settlement amount to close my telkom account with a consultant from Mamelodi Mams Mall and he gave me R3300 amount and said i must call in to close the account. I called today and telkom tells me i owe R4000 which is impossible and the call center lady disconnected the call whilst we are buzy because she doesnt want to help me resolve the case. Telkom is a **** and i regret taking a contract with them, i cant pay double the amount.
