Telkom is a ****!1

My contract expired in 2022. I asked the store to cancel the insurance, as they are the ones who offered this bogus scheme. After they kept taking money out of my account, I visited Telkom where i was told that I must cancel my insurance, not them. I called the third party at that time Adminplus. And they just did not answer the call. Money was still being taken out of my account so I visited Telkom on February 2023, and had to call Adminplus again. They instructed me to write an email containing my info. I did so and money was still being deducted. I went back to Telkom, had to call Adminplus again, then they said nothing was received. So I confirmrd the email address and sent an attached email. Money was still veing deducted from my account. Recently I went to Telkom yet again, I had to sit on the phone with the Insurance company yet again, but somewhere the Insurance companies switched and now I must deal with WWAS Sent my emails, attached previous files pulled statements from telkom's system, had to go to the bank to get a confirmation letter... at this point I was already fedup with anything Telkom related. The person then asked me if he should ancel the insurance at this time, I responded saying It was supposed to be stopped in February 2023, but go ahead. I visited Telkom yesterday 01/08/2024 few days after the previous call. They confirmed that the insurance is stopped, but now they told me that because the insurance was only stopped now, All funds taken from me is my loss, and if i reverse these transactions, I will be negatively impacted and I will be Blacklisted. I tried getting an address, non is available. Tried searching on google, non. All we get is a email address and a number. Which means this is a ghost company tat only exists to ***** from people and get away with it because they have no physical address. ..I went to the bank and asked to reverse some of these transactions, whereby they cant go further than 4months... Telkom is a ****. Their third party insurance is a ****. Why offer this Insurance if its this difficult to kill this contract? Now I had to take time from work just to run around to sort out this.. I urge this **** company to call me again and tell me that my account is in arrears. YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR EMPLOYEES AT RISK FOR YOUR GREED ****.
