Telkom is a ****

On 26/02/2024 I ordered a sim card with an 80gig day and 80gig night plus router, after doing all the process it was approved and they told me that they will deliver the products in 3 to 5 working days and days passed when I called again on 01/03/2024 to check how far is the delivery the service desk told me that I have been approved on that day and the products will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday but today I called and they told me that they have been waiting for approval and once it is done the products will be delivered within 2 days. The staff is *********** and not trustworthy, i am not happy about the service and I would not recommend anyone to go for their deals.
