TELKOM IS A ****

On the 16th August i called Telkom to query a deduction on my bank account, i was told i upgraded my contract with retention department over the phone. To my attention my current contract ended 2 July 2023 and i know nothing about the new phone i was told i have. Called Telkom and i was told to go to police station to get affidavit to close and access the voice recording. I sent all that was requested and was told they will get back to me in 24 to 72 hours. Followed up and nothing or update has been done. I need this ***** contract to be removed as this is messing with my credit score and the rention department to send me the recording as this tempered with my personal details
