I app**** for an LTE contract with Telkom & they delivered a faulty router that couldn't work properly within 2 weeks & I complained. As if they are true to their clients, they eventually send a technician who confirmed that the router I got was faulty. They refused to replace the router & said the only thing they can do for me is to take it in for repair. What kind of service is that?
