Telkom is ****🤬

I am sick and ****en tired of Telkom right now am.i have WiFi with this useless company that I haven’t been having full service for the last three months. All they do is send sms that my account is due for payment..now my account is suspended no one can explain how coz iv been making payments …I request for call back or a supervisor but still no one is calling me I go to the branch(store)they can’t asses my account .what full shot is this .fine I wanna cancel they telling me to fill in a form first with then which the form will take “1hour” to reach me 🤬 am feed up with this company, I want nothing to do with them since no one can even help me
