Telkom is ****

Telkom has no regard for its customers at all, this is my 3rd complaint and no one is getting back to me and now i am being charged for a device I DO NOT EVEN HAVE, what the hell is wrong you ****** people, i am going to reverse all you of your debit orders then maybe, just maybe you will call me and resolve the **** you made with my account.
