Your billing department sucks i made a manual payment in October but invoice still said i owe R1000.00, went to the store was told billing team will call me back. They called told them to call me at a convenient time i was never called and the query was closed yall billing department now wants to **** my credit profile for something that was already paid can someone higher call me asap

13 Dec 2025, 09:26Can telkom take ownership and fix my account further as i am willing to take this to ombudsmen, you can not billing me how you want and when i call for clarity no one is able to help. I've done what i was told calls were logged but still no one from telkom called. I cannot be paying R531 to R1000.02 this is bull****
