Telkom is ***********

The worst network you can ever apply for. I app**** for fiber for 2 weeks and still haven't received my line because it was activated at the wrong address. After I had to drive to Sandton to collect my own router because Greenstone brunch did not have for over a week and was only told after I got there.

I was over billed and was told to wait for the final closing bill to get a refund till today I haven't received that bill.

Only today I'm told that I need to wait for tomorrow to cancel the account again and reapply with sales to get the fiber corrected..

Telkom customer services is so useless , their consultants are useless as they dnt say the same thing and never get direction for assistance.
