I having been buying airtime and when I check it the amount is there, once I buy data all of a sudden my funds is insufficient and I must reload again I load approximately R200 as I'm not always connected to my wifi. I want to know where my money goes in a second as I am not registered on any spam, I checked. This happens every time I load airtime each and every month. WHY ARE YOU *****ING MY MONEY. then they call you from the *** but there is no one there complete silence. I want my my money back or my data I bought. Telkom has become so ***** its a disgrace
