Telkom is ****.

I need someone at telkom to help me. I don't know who works there cause it sure seems like no one. I have requested two of my contacts to be canceled now and I was told the one would be canceled end of it's term which was November and guess what I'm still being billed for it so tell me what's happening telkom. I can't cancel in store anymore and ever since then there has just been mess after mess. I'm not a happy customer and I have been nothing but loyal and this is how I'm treated? Pathetic.
