Telkom Is *******

Utter *******! I have been contacting Telkom about late payment fees and their consultants are of no help. Instead, they are cheeky and lack customer service. They don't even know what they are doing. Can't provide a resolution for anything.

Telkom debits my bank account but I noticed that they have been charging me late payment interest since May, which shouldn't be the case since they debit my account directly. I spoke to someone called Zinhle today, who doesn't know what she is doing, and she told me that I should pay the late payment interest fees even though Telkom is debiting my account.

I have a late payment listing on my credit profile in August and Telkom collected the funds from my account from that month, and said Zinhle doesn't know who can assist me. Frustrating really. How can you have people in customer service who have no resolutions for your clients. This is appalling.
