Telkom is ****.

I've been trying to reinstate my insurance on my contracts since December. I got a statement November and saw my insurance was removed for some reason and I never called in or emailed them to remove it. They keep referring me to telkom insurance and they keep referring me to telkom no one can assist me as to why my insurance was removed so if anything happens to my phone I cannot take it to them to be fixed.
