Telkom Irene employees not interested to help but rather chew chappies and listen to music.

I visited the branch on 18/8/2018 @ 11:00. 3 ladies at Telkom Irene branch sitting on their chairs as if its a sofa, listening to music on their phones and chewing chappies. Not interested in assisting me with the online cancellation process. After about 30minutes of excuses and even phoning customer services I had to use my personal phone and data to show them that the online process fails. Another lady came out of the office/tearoom and after asking a simple two or three questions advised me on the procedure I could follow and everything was sorted. Im so sorry I didnt get her name as she was the only competent person (if I may say so to help identify her, she is a short coloured lady). For the sake of the other 3 ladies I would not even think twice to fire them. So useless and ***********.
