Telkom iphone ***** sales

So I apply for the new iPhone 12 with telkom online. The super excited guy who sold it to me, said do you want the iPhone with airpod deal, I agree and give bank details and all info on phone. I ask dwhen I will get the iPhone , 8 to 14 days.. 3 days after taking out contract R1300 comes off my bank account, after the SMS saying it's to test to make sure my bank account is real. Any way a week later I phone to get status on Deliver, as to date I still have not recieved a contract, or even a SMS or call about delivery of my new phone. I get told, sorry, we don't have stock and we don't know when we will get more stock, I said can you give me a estimate, they said they don't know. I hear rumors, they are selling phones they don't have stock off. This is *****. I expect my refund and cancellation and a call from a management regarding this matter and the lies. I have informed the consumer protection act and will take further action. Do not buy from telkom.
