Telkom invoice

<p>I had a contract with Telkom 8.ta but im now out of contract for a year now and they are still sending me the invoice that increases every month ,as far as i know i cancelled and finish paying them and i dont understand why am i still owing R 616.00 Cr as per their invoice .Why am i bieng taxed ???/</p>
