Telkom Investigations are a **** in that they don't investigate properly

Telkom have been illegibly debiting my account. I have spend days and travelled over 800km to solve this problem. I have done an affidavit and presented all the information required. They ignore all this and continue to take money from my account. This is a truly bad business.
