TELKOM INTERNET/FIBRE DOWN 14/4/2022 STILL NO INTERNET

My Fiber / Internet is down from 14/4 and still down I lock a fault but still no feedback every day I call and different stories I do not know what's going on anymore their service is pathetic is now a week without internet but have to pay. i am no longer interested in Telkom also canceled my service and with that they are also slowly not helpful at all
