Telkom Internet terrible

Telkom internet is completely terrible. Telkom cannot seem to fix my internet which continues to disconnect intermittently as well as the speed fluctuations is extremely terrible. I have logged fault after fault and it never seems to get repaired. They always end up sending someone to my house to check and all the technicians come up with different solutions which never seem to help. I was told my router is broken, I then bought a new one but no difference to my internet.
