Telkom Internet Sucks

Once again Telkom throttles my internet connection after spending half a day being sent from one person to the next only to continually be told that I have uncapped internet as per my monthly invoice. Does anyone in Telkom know how their systems work and can anyone get back to me and advise of alternatives.
