Telkom internet sucks

For 12 days now I have been struggling to get my internet working. Between telkom and metro fibre it went back and forth as one is blaming the other and as a customer im sitting in the middle. Finally Thursday after 12 days my internet was working. Yesterday it started again had to phone metro fibre and telkom again to fix the problem. It worked again till this morning. Im now off again for 4 hours. Why do a customer.er have to go through this every day. When you call telkom all what the call agents know is to reset the password and nothing else. Im so sick of telkom and metro fibre that they cannot seem to find the root course to fix the problem.
