031 - *** . B O F Security Services (PS PILLAY) For the past 4 - 6 months I have been having a problem with emails. My incoming mails only. At least on a weekly basis I contact Telkom and it then gets sorted. I then lose all emails. I have advised the person at the call center to escalate of my problem but it still persists. I am a small business and this has drastic implications on the service I provide. Can some one please assist me in addressing this issue.
