Telkom Internet Service Problems

This post is to warn people that Telkom is a BS company. I am supposed to have 4 Meg line but since Sept 2015 have been having a continuous problem to get what I pay for.<br> Will be busy on the Internet and suddenly it will go down to a ping of 2899 and a download speed of 0.3. When you call 10210 they recreate the port, sometimes this works. If not they report a fault and when a technician comes to your house they walk around the house checked stuff here and there and say they will try to locate the problem. If you're lucky the Internet will be sort of ok for 2 days and then it goes back to the usual slow almost dial up speed. Except Telkom still expect you to pay the full amount for Internet that you're not getting. Think twice before getting Telkom Internet.
