Telkom internet service is the worst!!!

I pay for a 4Mb line but never get more than 1Mb speed. I’ve logged numerous fault requests and to date have had no resolution.

Telkom is the worst internet service provider!

Hi NICKIM,

Terribly sorry for the frustration caused. I am following up on your query. I do see the faults were cleared but I ran further tests and found further errors on the line. I have had to report another fault 17ARK160418 and have advised of my findings.

We will monitor the fault and advise further as soon as feedback is provided.

Dear Garreth, The call you logged was also cancelled although the issue has not been resolved. Please advise how I can cancel my service with Telkom as the levels of service received are beyond ridiculous. As I type this email, I have been put on hold by a very rude call centre agent, who has once again logged another useless call for me (Ref. ********** 7).
