Telkom internet off

The last 4 weeks Telkom mobile internet is not up to standard. During the day The signal just goes suddenly down and than comming up again. This is happening a few times a day. The weekend of the 11th the internet was completely off. At this moment the internet is completely off since 5h00 I have already logged calls, but the only answer I got is that Telkom is investigating. How could they investigate for the last 3 weeks? I know about a few people in Adelaide that is also complaining about the same problem. I am paying for a service that I do not get. My Telkom internet is through Axxes. It is not getting better, rather getting worse
