TELKOM - INTERNET LINE ( What internet line)

It's truly atrocious as to what the staff at Telkom I've dealt with deem as "service".

Telkom call centers are unreliable and dishonest. Telkom call centers agent have no sense of urgency. My internet line has been off since Friday 19/04/2019. I have logged numerous calls 48AVK200419 and ********** 4 and ********** 6 but no one seem to deem this problem as urgent. Im paying for a service that I cannot use and when I phone for a update on this issue I get told different stories. There is not a single person at Telkom that can give me a definite positive answer as to when my internet line will be fix. HERE IS THE STORY - I NEED A TECHNICIAN @ MY HOME TO FIX MY INTERNET LINE!!! IM PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE AND IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I CANNOT USE!!!
