Telkom Internet Line not fixed

Our internet line has been down since the 24th of April, we then logged a call and was asked to bring our router for testing, we then took it to Telkom store in Clear Water Mall, the router had no fault, the consultant then said he will dispatch out a technician to the area to view the fault, it seem since then no one has came through to fix our line, the funny part is we had to pay yesterday our monthly package, still issue not resolved and everyone keeps telling us that the matter has been attended to, we are very disappointed with the service we are getting and hoping to get assisted soon
