Telkom internet line installation.

In the last month I have phoned telkom 10 times to get a adsl line installed for internet. Until this very moment I still do not have an order number for the line nor any indication of when I will receive an order number never mind the actual internet line. I have asked twice to speak to a line manager which each time it was told to me that they will phone me back. Which has never happened. I have also had the call drop in my ear multiple times which I can not say wither it was the agent dropping the call of just my telkom mobile phone not working as it should. I am truly sick and tired of struggling with Telkom.
