Telkom internet issue

Telkom fibre is down for 4 days now with no update or eta of the issue. Every time you have to call an then get told different stories from the help desk. If you ask to speak to a supervisor you get told the the supervisor is out on lunch or in a meeting and not available. This is the best *** server I received from any isp
