Telkom internet is TERRIBLE. DO NOT START A CONTRACT!

We started an uncapped LTE router contract deal at a speed of 10mbps from Telkom, and this has been the worst experience I have ever had with internet in my life. The speed I get is always between 0 and 1 mbps, and this is THEFT. DO NOT start contracts with Telkom. I have contacted customer support about 5 times, and they are useless. I have went in store and they have logged a ticket for me with no response. This is the most horrible internet I have ever had in my life, I cannot get any work done whatsoever if more than one device connects to the modem. Absolutely disgusting experience of thievery. False speeds are advertised and you get nowhere near the speeds. AVOID TELKOM INTERNET
