Telkom Internet is a ****

<p>Telkom internet users need to be cautious abt upgrading to bigger links and not getting the facility but being charged for it.</p> <p>I upgraded my 2MG link to a 4MG link Uncapped just to know that I was connecting under a speed of 2MG upon testing.</p> <p>My experience with Telkom customer services on 10210 have no words to explain. Total incompetant unproffessional and shocking. My 1st call started of on the 29 May at 16h45 lasting 45 minutes before the call dropped with no furhter response and my services in a worse off situation (broke more). I followed up a 2nd call for another 30 min same thing, followed up with a 3 rd call agent logged call and said no notes of any other activities before this call to him. 30 May followed up 4th call after abt 20 minutes call hung up no furthter response................... i don't no from here..........</p>
