Telkom Internet in Naturena Ext19

Naturena Ext19 has been without internet for almost 2 weeks now. The call centre keeps asking me to reset my device even though I keep telling them that the problem is with the whole neighborhood, not just me. After calling for days, I only received a case number yesterday, meaning I have to wait another 48 hours for someone to get in touch. This is appalling service at the very least.
