TELKOM INTERNET HAS GONE BANG.

For 6 month we have been complaining to Telkom. They do nothing. ICASA does not seem to do much either. We have an download speed of 0.34. Upload is virtually non existent, Ookla wont even read the speed it is slow slow most times. Telkom fixes it for a week, tells ICASA that all is good and then it drops to below 1 again. Who can we go to for situations like this? They are also charging us much more than we agreed to pay them. They just changed the package at their own will.
