Telkom internet extremely slow

I don't understand why I have to pay so much money for the slowest internet ever... I mean i supposedly have a 10mps line but it seams to more of a 1mps line... I don't understand why I am not getting the service or internet speed that I am paying for... This is really starting to work on my nerves and I am seriously thinking that it might be better to switch to another provider. Telkom is giving me the worst service. If I could give 0 stars i would.
