Telkom Internet down since Monday

Service is shocking Bad weather on Monday took out our Internet Service at my Office Been phoning numerous times daily with nothing being done to sort and fix the fault Lady said yesterday... Sorry we don't have enough technicians.....can't you make another plan. Can you believe it!!!!
