Telkom internet down since 13 December 2019

My internet has been off from the 13dec19 until now.evertime I call them they just give u the run around saying that the line has no problems. But when you call them back it is either that the ICM don't have power or they are blaming it on eskom..saying the cables doesn't supply electricity to icm please help guys it's really frustrating
