Telkom internet down second time in 2 weeks

I have an ADSL and Wifi with Telkom, more often than not it does not work, recently phone line was down and Internet down twice in 2 weeks, phone everyday and no resolution, I get sms that it has been fixed and still not working, they closed the call even though fault not repaired, no help from call centre and no one can assist, pathetic service, just as bad as Eskom
