Telkom Internet deal doesn't work

<p>We've taken out the R599 a month for the unlimited data and weekender deal on a month to month basis,since we've got it installed (1 month now) the Internet connection has been working 20% of the time and you can never get through the technical support to speak to anyone,how do we pay for this month if we could barely use it?we cannot stream,have to constantly put our mobile data back on,cannot run a business,the technician who installed the adsl should've completed it and fully installed it through the laptop as well as its advertised that the speed is incredibly fast and FULL installation is given.</p>
