Telkom Internet Connection not up to standard

Telkom Mobile Internet connection is terrible at Thatch Hill Estate 4, I've signed up for Fibre early last year and it doesn't look like Fibre will be coming this way anytime soon. Telkom is just not in the game when it comes to internet connection. I wouldn't recommend Telkom to anyone I know and as for contract renewal or new contracts, I would rather try a different service provider.
