Telkom Internet

For the last 2 weeks, I have had endless problems with Telkom, Last week Tuesday I got my internet working, just for it to go off on Friday late afternoon, I have been on the Phone for the last 3 day;s trying to get through, and my call just gets ended. What am I paying for, My business is loosing money due to Telkom's terrible service!
