Telkom: Internet and mobile service providers

Telkom suspended our internet service and blocked my cellphone for 2 days. We have a contract with Telkom and the account is up to date. Due to a major upgrade with software at Telkom, they could not connect us immediately. We could not transfer money. I'm running a business and lost sales. Our security company is linked to my phone. Contact Telkom a couple of times and went twice to Telkom office. Unacceptable.
