Telkom internet and landline not working

My internet and phone line as been not working at all for the past few days now and nothing has been done to sort it out, only after inquiring about the issue 2 days after the supposed fault was logged then I have been notified that the situation is still 3 days later trying to be resolved but is at a " We are working on it " Telkom deals with these issues on a daily basis but to me it feels as if the solution is rocket science and requires ground breaking discoveries to sort it out. Telkom is pathetic in every way of being a telephone/ISP company. It is simply frustrating every time
