Telkom internet and LANDLINE

I have reported this in November numerous times to telkom and their offices and to hello Peter and to date nothing has happened but every month they take the money off my account as a pensioner and my husband cannot work without internet... It is like the Mafia we cannot connect with any one other than a agent on the phone.. The same answer every time... It has been escalated... Please please help
