Telkom internet access down no info available

Telkom wifi network in my rea not working since last night 6 Febr. Tried many times to contact the pinnacle call center just get cut off. Even online not working. No fault reporting possible. Need it to be restored urgently. My student are writing exams tomorrow morning and need access. Worse service ever.
