Telkom Internet

Telkom internet is useless. Reported and logged numerous faults repeatedly for 2 months now and still not resolved. We are trying to run a business from home. Contract only 8 months now so too costly to cancel. What must I do to get the problem resolved? Light flows from green to blue to red continuously??? I am losing my mind totally. HELP
