Telkom internet

I've been into the Vincent Park branch twice, logged multiple calls via the 10210 no, logged complaints escalations and even requested that a technician attend to my Internet connection being down. It's been 4 weeks today and no one has bothered to assist me. Pathetic service and I will never recommend anyone to utilise telkom as a service provider!!
