Telkom internet

On 30 /12 2025 went to Telkom Rustenburg Mall outlet I was advised to buy router as I was not having network at home the lady who helped me said the old router is damaged.Then I bought a router even today on the 9/01/2026 still no internet I phone 10210 was told my conctrat is cancelled please help
