Telkom International Roaming

Worst service from Telkom Mobile with regards to international roaming. I requested for international roaming over 2 weeks and still no service. My self service profile does show my international roaming is activated, but clearly it was done for the wrong country. I have followed the online troubleshooting guide and still nothing works. The customer support centre responsible for international roaming couldn’t even be bothered about resolving my issue, after multiple requests. So frustrating and disappointing.

Telkom Mobile is the worst network should you require roaming or anything requiring customer support. One is better off going RED or YELLOW!
