Telkom internal policies from Stone Age

April statement was due to go off debit order 15/04, I requested the debit go off 15/05, a double debit. Telkom agrees but a charge of R200 will be levied to the account. Agreed. 14/05 I changed the debit date from 15/05 to 20/05 Telkom again Agrees. 15/05 Telkom tried debiting no funds, 17/05 Telkom debited no funds, 20/05 Telkom Debited, total double debit was debited from the account. Why are they charging bounced debit fee 15/05&17/05 if agreed for 20/05 The Debit was successful 20/05 why is Telkom suspending my account for 7 days while their internal policies cannot activate immediately. I use my phone for business.
